The Wardle family of bands
Wardle Anderson sits alongside the Wardle Community Band, giving players a route from their early experiences of competitive banding through to championship-level banding. In fact, in the first year of our Community Band competing in it's history, they won the North West areas in the fourth section in Blackpool. This was a fantastic achievement in and of itself. However, in September they won the fourth section National Brass Bands competition in York. So, they are now a third section band!!!
